Toronto, Ontario, August 8/2018- Bialogics has announced that Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) will be implementing its DImax Analytics solution as its Business Intelligence Platform for Diagnostic Imaging. The project also will also include the implementation of DoseMonitoring by PACSHealth for patient radiation dose monitoring.
The Bialogics DImax Radiology Analytics solution is being implemented in order to improve the efficiency of PRHC’s Diagnostic department by providing operational performance and patient workflow-based business intelligence analytics all in real time. As a state‐of‐the‐art data management tool, DImax securely and efficiently gathers data from mission‐critical clinical systems. This immediate access delivers an instant impact on operational performance, workflow analysis, and patient care. Additionally, the PACSHealth DoseMonitor solution will provide immediate enterprise-wide visibility into radiation dose exposure across multiple modalities, improving safety for patients.
“Having ready access to this data will improve our performance by decreasing wait times as well as reducing report turnaround times, ultimately enabling us to provide better, safer care for our patients,” said Lorel Morrison, Director of Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory and Pharmacy at PRHC.
“We are pleased to be chosen by PRHC as a partner on this innovative project. It’s always exciting to work with organizations like PRHC who understand how data can be leveraged to improve their patient care,” said Jeff Vachon, CEO of Bialogics.
