Jeff is an accomplished Senior Leader in the healthcare technology, with over 30-years of experience at start-ups and rapid growth-stage companies across all sizes including multinational OEM providers.

Prior to co-developing Bialogics, Jeff was the Director of Informatics, Philips Healthcare, VP Business Development Cifra Telehealth and Director of Business Development at Siemens Healthcare. With the advent of digital healthcare, Jeff was one of the first to jump into innovative digital strategies to improve healthcare including the early PACS, Telemedicine, Cardiology and Critical Care Informatics.

Dean is the acting CTO for Bialogics and CEO of PresiNET Systems Corp., a software development company specializing in Healthcare Analytics, Network Intelligence and Security Services. With over 30 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry, Dean provides strategic leadership and direction to a group of employees focused on the development of the cutting-edge software solutions.

Matt’s career has focused on bringing customer-focused solutions to market for both small, entrepreneurial companies and large, multinational corporations. Prior to co-founding Younified Health he was Vice President of Philips Healthcare where he led the Connected Solutions team – a team focused on solving customer problems that spanned the continuum of care. The team focused on providing non-traditional solutions across Consumer Health, Acute Care and AI, and Post-Acute Care including Population Health and Home Care. For approximately 15 years prior to leading Connected Solutions, Matt was the Market Leader for Philips’ Healthcare informatics business in North America.

A senior executive and board Chair with extensive financial and operational expertise as well as national and international experience in the high tech and education sectors. A strong background in mergers, acquisitions and strategy development in both large multinational and start-up businesses. Over twenty years regional and global roles with HP. Two-time recipient of Women’s Executive Network (WXN) Top 100 Women in Canada.

Andrew is a seasoned professional with a passion for helping organizations achieve their marketing goals with a creative flair. With 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Andrew brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with marketing healthcare products and services.

Alex has a strong professional foundation in healthcare technology – 20 years – focusing on sales, business development, and customer success. Her passion is driven through building long-term partnerships with customers and providing solutions that meet their needs and bottom line
